Access is granted based on the selected subscription: Internet Radio ($15/month) or FM/AM Audio ($47/month).
Hardware ID (HWID) Binding
Each subscription is strictly limited to one (1) Windows PC. The license is "married" to the hardware upon first activation.
Gatekeeper Security
The software uses a mandatory "Heartbeat" validation. The application requires a stable internet connection to verify your subscription status upon launch.
Section B: Usage Restrictions
Non-Transferability
Subscriptions and unique Activation Codes cannot be sold, shared, or transferred.
Unauthorized Distribution
Any attempt to extract the internal static keys, bypass the "Wrapper" protection, or reverse-engineer the .dll will result in an immediate and permanent ban without notice.
Hardware ID (HWID) & Transfer Policy
Machine Lockdown: Each subscription allows for activation on only one machine.
HWID Resets: If you upgrade your hardware or replace your broadcast PC, you must contact our engineering team to request an HWID reset.
Reset Frequency: Resets are granted at the sole discretion of mediaXtreme LLC and may be limited to prevent license "leaking".
Automatic Update & Maintenance Terms
Active Status Requirement: Access to auto-updates and technical support is exclusively provided to users with an "Active" payment status.
Suspension of Updates: If a monthly payment fails ($15 or $47), the update "Wrapper" will immediately suspend your ability to download or run new versions of the software.
