By completing your purchase of a Thunder Machine AudioPro subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding digital distribution.
Policy Terms
Immediate Fulfillment: Because our licensing system generates a unique, hardware-locked activation code immediately upon payment, all sales are final.
No Refunds for Digital Goods: We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any monthly subscription tier once the activation code has been issued.
Hardware Compatibility: It is the user's responsibility to ensure their system meets the requirements (Windows 10/11) before subscribing. Failure to run the software due to local hardware issues does not qualify for a refund.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your license will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the "Gatekeeper" will block further access to the executable.
